Elvingston Development Limited, in partnership with Morrison’s Community Care Group

Morrison Community Care Group (MCCG) take pleasure in providing a masterplan review of the site in Elvingston, East Lothian. The review is focussed around retirement and care home accommodation, which is informed following a report prepared by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The intention for the subjects is to create Scotland's first luxury retirement village that will attract residents who wish to live in an exceptional setting, which will provide everything they will need in one location, that they and their family can enjoy.

The masterplan review aims to set out a number of uses that will compliment each other minded to the intended residents and occupiers that will live within the high quality setting, however to be inclusive to the wider East Lothian area, additional uses have also been included to create an environment for the public to also enjoy.

MCCG in collaboration with our design team have fully reviewed the report prepared by BNP Paribas Real Estate and thereafter set out to create a masterplan that explores the potential for the site.
